Alexander Lee

Alexander (Xander) Lee is a seasoned tax attorney currently serving as a Tax Partner at Cooley LLP since June 2018 and as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School since 2006. Previously, Xander held the role of Tax Partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP from February 2017 to June 2018, and at Paul Hastings from May 2000 to January 2017. Xander began the career as a Tax Attorney at Fenwick & West and worked as a Litigation Attorney at McDermott Will & Emery. Xander holds an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
