Amanda Pacheco

Amanda Pacheco is a Tax Associate at Cooley LLP, with experience since November 2014. Previously, Amanda served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Mark V. Holmes at the United States Tax Court and held associate positions at Paul Hastings and the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in the Large Business & International Division. Additional law clerk roles include positions with Santa Clara County's Office of the County Counsel and the East Bay Community Law Center. Amanda also worked as a CCAMPIS Coordinator at UC Berkeley and completed an accounting internship at Patelco Credit Union.
