Amanda Weiss

Amanda Weiss is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and public company advisory work. Currently serving as Special Counsel at Cooley LLP since May 2023, Amanda has previously held significant roles, including Director & Counsel and Senior Attorney at Kyndryl, where responsibilities included overseeing SEC matters from October 2021 to April 2023. Prior to Kyndryl, Amanda acted as Counsel at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in the Public Company Advisory Practice for eight years, having initially worked as a Corporate Associate at Covington & Burling from October 2007 to September 2013. Amanda holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School, earned in 2007, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from Amherst College, completed in 1997.
