Amy Collins serves as Special Counsel in the Technology Transactions and Cyber/Data/Privacy groups at Cooley LLP since April 2015. Prior to this role, Amy worked as an Associate in the Technology Transactions Group at Cooley LLP's London office and previously held the same position at Morrison & Foerster LLP in London from September 2010 to March 2015. Earlier experience includes completing a Trainee Solicitor program at Morrison & Foerster, where Amy gained exposure in the Capital Markets and Litigation Groups as well as the Technology Transactions Group. Academic credentials include a Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School, a Master of Laws from King's College London, and both a Bachelor's Degree in Laws from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and King's College London.
