Andrew Goldstein

Andrew Goldstein is a seasoned legal professional, currently serving as Chair of the Global White Collar Defense and Investigations Practice and Partner at Cooley LLP since September 2019. Previously, Andrew held notable positions at the U.S. Department of Justice from 2010 to June 2019, including Senior Assistant Special Counsel under Robert S. Mueller III and Chief of the Public Corruption Unit. Andrew also has experience as a Litigation Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and spent time as a Law Clerk for Honorable Chester J. Straub and Honorable Sidney H. Stein. Early in Andrew's career, work as a Writer at TIME provided a foundation for diverse communication skills.
