Andrew Mace

Andrew Mace is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property litigation, currently serving at Cooley LLP since March 2012. Prior to this role, Andrew held an associate position at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from 2009 to February 2012. In addition to legal expertise, Andrew co-founded Modality, where responsibilities included serving as Director of Technology for educational apps until the company's acquisition by Epocrates in 2010. Earlier career highlights include consulting on software projects for prominent institutions such as Duke University Brain Imaging and Analysis Center and the North Carolina Technological Development Authority from 2000 to 2005. Andrew earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Columbia Law School and has an educational background from Duke University and St. Paul's School.
