Anna Mohan is an Associate in the Supreme Court & Appellate litigation practice at Cooley LLP, having joined the firm in 2025. Previously, they served as an Attorney on the Appellate Staff in the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice from 2021 to 2025, and held a short-term consulting position at The World Bank, analyzing social protection policies in Botswana. Anna has also clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. They earned a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School in 2017 and hold a Master of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
