Ariane A.

Ariane A. serves as a Partner in the Compensation and Benefits practice at Cooley LLP since August 2021, having held the roles of Special Counsel and Associate within the same practice. Prior to Cooley LLP, Ariane A. was an Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group from October 2013 to August 2021, with earlier experience as a Summer Associate at the same firm. Ariane A. also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Chicago Law School, focusing on legal obscenity, and held leadership roles in community and educational initiatives, including Youth Coordinator at Greater Southwest Development Corporation and President of STARS. Ariane A. earned a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA in Law, Letters, and Society from the University of Chicago.
