Ben Shribman

Ben Shribman is a highly experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law. Currently serving as a Partner at Cooley LLP since March 2020, Ben has previously held Partner and Associate positions at JONES DAY® from September 2014 to March 2020. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate role at Allen & Overy from January 2011 to August 2014, and a position as Legal Counsel at Thomson Reuters during a secondee period in 2012.
