Bram Couvreur

Bram Couvreur is a Partner at Cooley LLP, specializing in private and public merger and acquisition transactions, particularly in the areas of private equity and cross-border deals. Since July 2019, Bram has represented both financial and strategic buyers and sellers across diverse industries, including technology, entertainment, digital health, and consumer products. Prior to joining Cooley, Bram served as an Associate at Fried Frank from October 2015 to June 2019 and at Allen & Overy from January 2012 to August 2015. Bram also has experience as a Foreign Legal Consultant and Attorney at Law. Academically, Bram holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School, a Master's in General Management from Vlerick Business School, a second Master in Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a degree from Ghent University.
