Carly Mitchell

Carly Mitchell is a Partner at Cooley LLP, where since November 2012, Carly has focused on labor and employment law, representing employers in various aspects of employment counseling and litigation. This includes ensuring compliance with federal and state employment statutes, managing complex issues related to mergers and acquisitions, conducting trainings, and providing guidance on employee management and wage laws. Prior to this, Carly gained experience as a Law Student at George Mason University and held roles such as Summer Associate at Cooley LLP and Law Clerk for the U.S. Air Force. Carly earned a J.D. Magna Cum Laude from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School and a B.A. With Distinction in Foreign Affairs and Sociology from the University of Virginia.
