Clare Robertson

Clare Robertson is an experienced Chartered Occupational Psychologist who has held various leadership roles in learning and development across multiple organizations. From 2018 to 2024, they served as the Global Head of Learning and Development at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP. Clare previously worked as a Senior Training and Development Partner at Stephenson Harwood and as an Occupational Psychologist at ThirtyThree. Currently, they are the Senior Manager of Associate Development at Cooley LLP, continuing to leverage their expertise in talent management. Clare holds an MA in Psychology from The University of Edinburgh and an MSc in Organizational Psychology from City, University of London.
