Daniel Goldberger is a seasoned real estate attorney with extensive experience in commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. Since 2006, Daniel has been practicing at Cooley LLP, focusing on hotel and hospitality law, lender/borrower financing, equity funds, joint ventures, and construction. Prior to this, Daniel worked at Michael, Levitt, Goldberger & Rubenstein from 2000 to 2006, where the emphasis was on development projects in addition to similar real estate practices.
