David H. Z. is an Associate Attorney in the Technology Transactions Group at Cooley LLP, a position held since February 2022. With extensive experience in corporate law, David has represented clients in various domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and public offerings. Prior to Cooley LLP, David served as Legal Counsel (Director) at Deloitte Canada and worked at McMillan LLP, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating technology-based agreements. David holds a JD from the University of Toronto and additional legal education credentials, including the Osgoode Certificate in Negotiating and Drafting IT Agreements.
