David Peinsipp

David Peinsipp is a Partner and Co-Chair of Global Capital Markets at Cooley LLP, where involvement includes over 40 IPOs and various debt and equity offerings for notable companies such as Zynga, Yelp, and LinkedIn. David has served as a National Board Member for BUILD since October 2019 and previously held a partner position at Cooley LLP from 2001 to 2012.
