Denny Won

Denny Won is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in capital markets. Since January 2016, Denny has served as a Partner at Cooley LLP, following a trajectory that includes roles as a Capital Markets Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from September 2013 to January 2016 and earlier positions as a Summer Associate and Legal Assistant at the same firm. Denny's legal journey began with a clerkship at the U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's Office in 2011. Denny holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Government, and Sociology from Cornell University.
