Eric Popp

Eric Popp currently serves as an Associate at Cooley LLP, where responsibilities include representing technology and health care startups and their investors, with a focus on early-stage startups, IPOs, public company corporate governance, venture capital, acquisitions, and pro bono work in immigration and social entrepreneurship. Prior experience includes a fellowship at the Health Policy Commission, a government relations internship at Boston Children's Hospital, and various roles in legal and legislative capacities, including work with the United States Senate and the City of Medford's Law Department. Eric holds a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
