Fergal Duggan

Fergal Duggan is an Associate at Cooley LLP since September 2017, previously serving as a Legal Secondee at Facebook from July 2020 to October 2021. Prior experience includes various roles at Herbert Smith Freehills between March 2015 and June 2017, where Fergal worked as an Associate in Dispute Resolution and as a Trainee Solicitor across multiple departments, including Corporate (TMT), International Arbitration, Banking Litigation, Corporate Crime, and Real Estate. Fergal completed the Accelerated LPC at BPP Law School in 2015 and earned a Law degree from the University of Oxford from 2010 to 2013, following an education at Nottingham High School from 2003 to 2010.
