Francis Wheeler

Francis Wheeler is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in leading law firms. Currently serving as a Partner at Cooley LLP since 2001, Francis previously held a similar role at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP from December 1981 to January 2001 and started as an Associate at Milbank LLP from August 1977 to December 1981. Francis holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a JD, Cum Laude, from Harvard Law School, both earned between 1974 and 1977.
