Glen Sato

Glen Sato has extensive experience in the legal and financial sectors, currently serving as a retired partner at Cooley LLP since January 2006. Previously, Glen held the position of CFO at Protein Design Labs and PDL BioPharma from 2003 to 2006, and CFO and General Counsel at Exelixis from 1999 to 2003. Early career experience includes an associate role at Jones Day from 1988 to 1990. Glen's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and an MBA in Finance from Wesleyan University.
