Grant Schweikert

Grant Schweikert serves as Special Counsel in Government Contracts at Cooley LLP since January 2022. Prior to this role, Grant served in the US Navy Reserve as part of the Judge Advocate General's Corps from November 2014 to June 2023 and worked as an Aviation & Government Contracts Associate at Jenner & Block from July 2016 to February 2022. Grant began a legal career as a Corporate M&A Associate at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP from September 2014 to July 2016. Earlier military experience includes over a decade as a Helicopter Aircraft Commander and Pilot in the US Navy, where responsibilities involved planning and executing shipboard search and rescue operations during multiple deployments across global regions. Academically, Grant earned a JD from The George Washington University Law School and an EMBA in Defense Industry Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
