Heidi Wang

Heidi Wang is an Associate at Cooley LLP since March 2021, where representation focuses on emerging and late-stage private companies as well as public companies in various corporate and securities matters, including private financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting and compliance, and corporate governance. Prior legal experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for the UC Irvine Law Review and holding positions such as Summer Associate at Cooley LLP and Legal Intern for the City of San Diego's Office of the City Attorney. Heidi Wang received a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Irvine School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics with a minor in Business from Cornell University.
