Janice James has extensive experience in legal recruitment and talent management spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Senior Lateral Partner Recruiting and Integration Manager at Cooley LLP since August 2019, Janice previously held various roles in the firm, including Senior Lateral Recruiting and Integration Manager and Lateral Recruiting Manager. Prior to joining Cooley LLP, Janice was the Executive Director of Operations at Legal E - Employment Partners from February 2010 to August 2019, where the firm specialized in providing qualified legal professionals in the DC area. Janice's earlier career includes positions such as Director of Human Resources at Spiegel & McDiarmid, Executive Director at Pat Taylor and Associates, and Assistant Office Administrator/Recruiter at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker. Janice is currently pursuing education at Anne Arundel Community College, starting in 2008.
