Jason Savich

Jason Savich is a Partner at Cooley LLP, with a professional background in advising borrowers, banks, and non-bank lenders on various public and private debt financings, including convertible and high-yield bonds, acquisition financings, and structured financings since September 2008. Prior experience includes roles as a Summer Associate and Law Clerk at Morgan Lewis and Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where Jason prosecuted patents for medical devices and pharmaceutical drugs. Additionally, a research position in the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Department at the University of California, San Francisco was held from May 2002 to June 2005. Jason holds a JD in Intellectual Property and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and a BS in Mathematics and Biology from Georgetown University. Education was completed at Jesuit High School.
