Jen Tran Lau is an experienced talent management professional with a strong background in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies. Previously, Jen Tran held leadership roles at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Nixon Peabody LLP, overseeing various HR, legal recruiting, and employee development initiatives. Currently, as a Senior Regional Legal Talent Manager at Cooley LLP, Jen is responsible for recruiting and managing the Summer Associate Programs across multiple offices.
