Jess Dallas

Jess Dallas is a Corporate Associate at Cooley LLP, specializing in general corporate representation with a focus on emerging companies, venture capital funds, and mergers and acquisitions since February 2022. Previously, Jess served as a Corporate Associate at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth, handling corporate and securities law for clients engaged in venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. With experience at Cooley LLP prior to the current role, Jess has also co-founded IPPOS International, a consumer products company for equestrian athletes, and worked in various legal roles, providing counsel on corporate law and litigation strategies. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, an MBA in Finance from UC Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business, and a BA in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern California.
