Jonathan Patchen

Jonathan Patchen is a litigation partner at Cooley LLP, specializing in complex civil litigation, trials, arbitrations, and appeals. With extensive experience as a first-chair trial and appellate lawyer, they have successfully handled bench and jury trials in both federal and state courts. Jonathan has served in various leadership roles, including as a member of the Board of Governors for the Association of Business Trial Lawyers of Northern California and as a Lawyer Representative for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. They earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and have held positions at several prominent law firms throughout their career.
