Karen Wan

Karen Wan is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR management roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Asia at Cooley LLP since July 2021, Karen collaborates closely with firmwide HR and Asia management to provide strategic HR guidance and support. Prior to this, Karen has held key HR positions at Bird & Bird, RSM - Singapore, AJI International Pte Ltd, and Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, policy implementation, and global HR program management. Karen's educational background includes a BSc in Banking & Finance from the University of London and various HR-related qualifications, including a Professional Diploma in Strategic Human Capital Management.
