Lanny Holstein

Lanny Holstein is an Associate Attorney at Cooley LLP, having transitioned from a Summer Associate position in 2021, where significant accomplishments included drafting private financing documents and conducting due diligence for private company financings. Prior experience includes an internship at Fortis Law Partners LLC focusing on entity formation and corporate governance, as well as a summer internship at the Colorado Supreme Court, where legal memos were drafted. Lanny also has a background in insurance underwriting with Mutual of Omaha, where negotiations on high-value policies were conducted, and experience in sports journalism, including roles at Huskers Illustrated and various radio stations. Lanny holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
