Malin Delling

Malin Delling is a Special Counsel at Cooley LLP, where they focus on representing public and private companies and financial institutions in securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Prior to this role, Malin served as an Associate Attorney at Reed Smith LLP from 2008 to 2015, specializing in corporate finance and development transactions for energy companies. Malin began their career as a Claims Adjuster for Lansforsakringar Alliances from 2001 to 2005. They hold a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and are currently pursuing a Jur. Kand. from the University of Gothenburg School of Economics and Commercial Law, having previously earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International and Comparative Law from the same institution.
