Marina Remennik

Marina Remennik is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate law. Since October 2008, Marina has held the position of Attorney at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP, while also serving as a Corporate Associate at Cooley LLP since the firm's inception in the same year. Prior to these roles, Marina contributed a decade of legal expertise at Heller Ehrman LLP, and its predecessor Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe, from 1998 to 2008. Marina holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, earned between 1995 and 1996.
