Mark Rivard

Mark Rivard is an experienced professional with a strong background in product support and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Product Support Manager at Cooley LLP since August 2018, Mark has progressed through various roles including Practice Innovation Product Support Manager and Senior Product Support Specialist. Prior to this, Mark worked at RCM Solutions from September 2011 to August 2018 as a Business Analyst/Task Lead/User Experience, contributing to a TSA program with over 20,000 users by managing release planning, SDLC documentation, and risk management.
