Melanie Behan has been with Cooley LLP since June 2005 and currently holds the position of Senior Legal Talent Operations Manager. Prior to that, Melanie served as Firmwide Recruiting Analyst at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP from May 2001 to November 2004. With a BS in Business from San Diego State University, Melanie is well-versed in department policies and procedures, technology applications, and training programs to ensure compliance within the Legal Talent team.
