Michael Neumeister

Michael Neumeister is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Cooley LLP, where they focus on litigation and transactional matters related to distressed companies as a member of the Business Restructuring Group. They have represented debtors, lenders, and buyers in various restructuring and bankruptcy sales, leveraging their extensive experience in bankruptcy court and appeals. Previously, they held partner and associate roles at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, O'Melveny & Myers LLP, and Stutman, Treister & Glatt P.C. Michael earned a B.A. in Political Science from UC San Diego and a J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School.
