Mike Lincoln

Mike Lincoln is a highly experienced corporate attorney and leader, currently serving as Vice Chair and Partner at Cooley LLP since April 1999, where Mike co-founded the firm's first East Coast office and leads strategic growth and lateral recruiting efforts. Lincoln also holds the position of Chairman at Warroad Original Hockey Co. and serves as a Board Member for both the Focused Ultrasound Foundation and Mindshare, Inc. Previously, Lincoln worked as a Partner at Hunton & Williams and as an Associate at Latham & Watkins, focusing on high growth companies, venture capital, private equity, and capital markets. Lincoln began their legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Joel Flaum at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Lincoln's academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree from Southeast Missouri State University.
