Mike Tollini

Mike Tollini has extensive experience in capital markets law, currently serving as a Partner at Cooley LLP since April 2008, where representation includes banks, public and private companies, and private equity funds in various transactions such as secured credit facilities and corporate restructurings. Prior to this role, Mike was an Associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel from September 2002 to February 2008, where involvement included significant high-yield bond offerings and major leveraged buyouts totaling over $100 billion. Earlier experience includes a Summer Honors Internship in the Municipal Finance Department of the New York City Law Department and a position at Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP where responsibilities varied from courier to utility infielder. Mike holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.S. in Business from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
