Nyron Persaud is a Compensation & Benefits Partner at Cooley LLP, where they represent clients on employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of complex corporate transactions. As a founding partner of Cooley’s Chicago office, Nyron assists companies of all stages with designing, negotiating, and implementing executive compensation arrangements. They previously held positions as a Partner at Winston & Strawn LLP and an Associate at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP, among other firms. Nyron holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
