Peter Burns

Peter Burns is a seasoned attorney specializing in technology transactions, with extensive experience as a partner at Cooley LLP since 2005, where expertise includes outsourcing, clean technology, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and licensing. Prior to Cooley LLP, Peter held associate positions focusing on antitrust litigation at Thelen Reid & Priest LLP and Zelle Hofmann, from 2002 to 2005. Between 1992 and 1998, Peter served as an Intellectual Property Manager at Wang & Wang LLP.
