Philip Bowman

Philip Bowman is a seasoned commercial litigator specializing in life sciences, technology, and venture capital. With over two decades of experience, they have served as a first chair trial lawyer, litigating cases in both federal and state courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations. Their experience includes previous positions as an Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and as a Partner at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP. Currently, Philip holds a Partner position at Cooley LLP, where they continue to assist early-stage companies and venture capital firms with complex litigation matters. Philip earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from Columbia University.
