Phillip Morton

Phillip Morton is an experienced IP Litigation Partner at Cooley LLP, having practiced law there since September 2005, where Phillip also served as an IP Litigation Associate. Previous experience includes a role as a Summer Associate at Banner & Witcoff, Ltd. and a Legal Intern in the Commercial Wireless Division of the Federal Communications Commission. Phillip also gained early experience as a Summer Engineering Intern at Motorola Solutions. Educationally, Phillip holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.
