Priya D. Patel

Priya D. Patel currently serves as Special Counsel at Cooley LLP since September 2022, following a tenure as Counsel at Goodwin Procter LLP from June 2015 to September 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Law Clerk for the United States Federal Courts from February 2012 to April 2013 and serving as an Attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from November 2009 to February 2012, where Priya also completed a Summer Associate role in 2008. Additional Summer Associate experiences occurred at Patton Boggs LLP and the U.S. Department of Justice's Criminal Division, Office of International Affairs in 2007. Priya D. Patel earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and holds a B.A. in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Temple University, as well as a Business/Public Policy Certificate from The Wharton School.
