Ryan Sansom

Ryan Sansom is a Partner at Cooley LLP, based in Boston, since March 2017, where the practice focuses on advising emerging companies in the life sciences sector, including biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare IT, and health and wellness. Experience includes representing clients throughout the entire life cycle of emerging companies, ranging from pre-incorporation planning to public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Cooley, Ryan Sansom spent nearly a decade at Goodwin Procter LLP, serving as Partner and Associate, and began as a Summer Associate. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Westfield State University.
