Sale Kwon is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner in the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice at Cooley LLP since April 2013. With a deep focus on high-growth emerging companies and venture capital investors, Sale Kwon provides expertise in corporate formations, venture financings, corporate governance, M&A, and strategic transactions.
