Sally Kay

Sally Kay is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Cooley LLP since November 1999, Sally has also held significant positions including General Counsel for the UCLA Alumni Association from July 2008 to June 2012 and Chair of the Alumni Scholarship Steering Committee from 2005 to 2008. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Manager at Cadence Design Systems from 1993 to September 1999 and General Manager at Greenblatt's from January 1990 to January 1993. Sally holds a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law (1995-1999) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA (1979-1983).
