Shannon Eagan

Shannon Eagan is a Managing Partner at Cooley LLP in Palo Alto, where they have represented corporations and individual directors and officers in complex securities litigation since 2007. Eagan has handled a wide range of disputes, including SEC investigations and corporate governance issues, and has worked with clients across various industries such as life sciences and technology. Prior to Cooley, they were an attorney at Latham & Watkins from 2001 to 2007. Eagan holds a BA in Public Policy from Duke University and completed their legal education at Stanford Law School.
