Steve Przesmicki

Steve Przesmicki is a partner at Cooley LLP, where they serve as outside general counsel to public and private companies, advising on SEC and corporate governance matters, as well as various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financings. With extensive experience across multiple industries such as analytics, gaming technology, and life sciences, they have also managed complex transactions including joint ventures and debt redemptions. Prior to their current role, Steve led the internal legal department of a technology company, overseeing a team of seven attorneys and handling all legal affairs. They earned a J.D. cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Steve began their career as a lieutenant in the US Navy and held associate positions at Cooley Godward Kronish LLP.
