Steven Holm

Steven Holm is a legal associate with extensive experience in capital markets, having worked for prominent law firms including Cooley LLP, Milbank LLP, and Shearman & Sterling LLP, focusing on high yield and crossover debt, equity capital markets, and M&A support. Prior to the legal profession, Steven served as a Logistics Officer for the Department of National Defence, where leadership development was emphasized. Additional experience includes roles as a Claims Analyst and law student at the Canadian Investor Protection Fund, along with research positions in both economics and finance. Steven holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, an MBA in Finance from Schulich School of Business, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Thompson Rivers University, among other educational credentials. Currently, Steven is pursuing a certificate in Drug Discovery and Development from Harvard Medical School.
