Su Lian Lu

Su Lian Lu serves as Special Counsel in the Public Companies group at Cooley LLP since July 2021. Prior to this role, Su Lian Lu was a Senior Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from July 2007 to June 2021, and held an Associate position at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP from 2004 to 2007, as well as at Debevoise & Plimpton from 1999 to 2004. Su Lian Lu began a legal career as a Justices' Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1997. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) from Yale Law School (1998-1999) and a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Cambridge (1992-1995), complemented by GCE A Levels from National Junior College in Singapore.
