Tara Capsuto

Tara Capsuto is a Partner at Cooley LLP, with experience as a Corporate Associate at both Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Tara has a diverse background in corporate law, highlighted by contributions to an F-1 SEC registration statement for an IPO and due diligence efforts for a major securities offering.
