Tom Connors

Tom Connors is a partner in the Technology Transactions Group at Cooley LLP since January 2017, previously holding a similar position at Kirkland & Ellis from 2013 to 2017, where representation included corporations and private equity funds in technology and intellectual property transactions. Prior to that, Tom served as an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Gunderson Dettmer, and Jones Day, specializing in technology and commercial transactions, as well as intellectual property litigation, contributing to various cross-border deals and corporate partnering. Tom began a career as a software developer at Tripos, focusing on programming and system support. Tom earned a law degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Missouri University of Science & Technology.
